Instagram, one of the world’s most popular photo and video-sharing platforms, has finally achieved the Dark Mode support that users are looking forward to. However, Dark Mode support is currently only available in iOS.
Instagram continued on its way under the wings of Facebook, Instagram, Dark Mode feature in the new update released to users. Instagram’s new design offers a mix of dark gray and black colors just like iOS 13.
About three weeks after the release of iOS 13, Dark Media support is now available, and the social media giant is integrated with Apple’s mobile operating system. This means that the application will automatically switch between light and dark designs according to your system settings.
Although Facebook has added the Dark Mode feature to its popular Instagram, it has not yet taken such a step for the main Facebook app. Given the company’s history of updating applications for new devices and features, it is remarkable that Instagram has gained Dark Mode support just three weeks after the feature was launched. But in the coming days, the Dark Mode feature is expected to come to the Facebook application.
However, if you haven’t seen the Dark Mode option in your Instagram app yet, you don’t have to worry. Because it may take several days for the new update to be released to all iOS users.
