Some models of Porsche vehicles are being recalled in case they roll over.
Founded in 1931, Porsche, one of the leading car brands of today, recalls a significant portion of its vehicles. As the reason for the recall of the vehicles, Porsche suggests the possibility of the car rolling over due to a manufacturing error.
Porsche Cars North America recalls all Cayenne and Panamera vehicles (total number 99,665) from 2013 to 2016, regardless of the variety and model year produced. In a statement, Porsche Cars North America lists the following models:
“2003-2006 Cayenne S, the Cayenne Turbo, 2004-2010 Cayenne, the 2006 Cayenne Turbo S, the 2010-2016 Panamera S, the Panamera 4 S, the Panamera Turbo, the 2011-2016 Panamera, the Panamera 4, the 2012-2013 Panamera Turbo S, 2013- 2016 Panamera 4 GTS, 2014-2016 Panamera 4 S Executive, Panamera Turbo S Executive, Panamera Turbo S G1 II, Panamera Turbo S Executive, 2013 Panamera 4 Platinum Edition, Panamera Platinum Edition, 2016 Panamera 4 Edition, Panamera Edition, Panamera Turbo S Executive Luxury Sports ”
Due to a production error between the gearbox and gearbox, these parts can be completely separated from each other and even if the vehicles can roll over, Porsche said, bringing the vehicle into the park position cannot be applied in the gearbox parking position.
Understanding the aforementioned manufacturing error occurred when several users reported it to Porsche. Fortunately, no one was injured or any material damage occurred. Porsche confirmed that there was a serious error in the gears of the vehicles listed above.
