Nokia 9.1 PureView’s concept design with 5 cameras and a full screen.

HMD Global’s new smartphone, the Nokia 9.1 PureView, has some renderings. The resulting concept design visuals show that the phone will have a wide range of curves and thin bezels.

HMD Global hasn’t been able to find exactly what you want from Nokia branded phones for a while. As it will be remembered, the company’s flagship phone, the Nokia 9 PureView with 5 rear cameras, did not show the expected effect. In fact, the DxOMark results were quite low, and in fact, the 5 rear cameras on the back of the phone did not deliver the desired quality.

Now, a website called “91mobiles” has released some concept design images that are claimed to belong to the Nokia 9.1 PureView. These images show that HMD Global will soon come up with an impressive smartphone. Without further ado, let’s look at those images and the features of the Nokia 9.1 PureView.

Nokia 9.1 PureView

According to this concept image, the Nokia 9.1 PureView will be almost frameless. In addition, the screen will tilt with a large curvature towards the sides of the phone. Again, according to the same rendered image, there will be a minimal frame on the bottom of the phone. The slim bezel on the top has been developed to include the sensors that should be available on the Nokia 9.1 PureView.

The back of the phone will be equipped with 5 cameras, just like the Nokia 9 PureView. However, what these sensors can offer consumers is currently unknown. Even though the sensor in the middle of the camera installation looks like a periscope lens, it doesn’t seem possible to understand HMD Global’s plans.

According to the rendered image, the bottom of the Nokia 9.1 PureView will be neat and simple. The bottom of the phone only has a USB Type-C port and a speaker next to it. If we do not take into account the microphone hole on the left side, we can say that the bottom of the phone is quite empty.

HMD Global has not made a statement about this phone so far. In fact, the phone was said to be introduced at IFA 2019 events, but this was not true. The Nokia 9.1 PureView seems to be up to 2020, but there is no clear information about when it will be launched. It is also not clear whether the above images show the final version of the phone.
