Important information was shared on how to increase the screen/body ratio to over 100% in the new generation smartphones.
One of the biggest goals of the industry’s leading smartphone manufacturers in recent years has been to maximize the display/body ratio of their phones as close to 100% as possible.
While most manufacturers aim to try to get as close to 100% as possible, some mills plan to increase this rate to over 100%. Although this may seem a bit of an interesting concept, Twitter user Ice Universe, who uncovered information about the phones before the launches, explained how it would be.
“Let me tell you how a phone with a screen/body ratio greater than 100%. If the screen extends towards the side of the phone, the screen part of the phone is larger than the part displayed. So the screen and body ratio goes above 100%.”
In fact, it is a much simpler design. Manufacturers ‘screen’ to the side of the phone ‘side of the phone’ (as we have seen since the Galaxy Edge) if the smartphone’s screen/body ratio can exceed 100%.
Even though smartphones are focused on crossing the threshold, there are still problems with untouched touches and a screen that can curl when touch features are added to the side.
