Reno, a new product line from OPPO was confirmed yesterday. The Chinese manufacturer will be launching the first OPPO Reno phone on April 10.
While the rumor mill is speculating that it could be fueled by the Snapdragon 855 mobile platform, its appearance on the database of Singapore’s IMDA (Info-communications Media Development Authority) and Bluetooth SIG have confirmed that it is powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC. Moreover, the Bluetooth certification of the phone has confirmed some of its key specs.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Oppo, confirmed yesterday that the new smartphone line will be available to consumers on April 10th. The rumor has revealed the characteristics of the Oppo Reno, the Bluetooth SIG certification with the CPH1917 certificate from IMDA (Singapore Information-Communications Media Development Agency), even though the device is in the direction of the future with Snapdragon 855.
According to the certificates released, Oppo Reno will be powered by Snapdragon 710, Qualcomm’s mid-to-top processor. Up to 256 GB of internal storage will be available. The screen will be 6.4 inches and Full HD + resolution. OLED or LCD is not yet known.
According to the certificates, the device will have a 48 megapixel + 5 megapixel dual rear camera and a 16 megapixel front camera. The device that will come with Android 9.0 Pie will offer Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity features. The device is claimed to have a 4.065mAh battery.
