SpaceX and Boeing, and the astronauts who will take part in the delayed project due to their partnership. NASA will broadcast live on YouTube in the name of the event
NASA’s plan to send manned spacecraft from SpaceX and Boeing seems to be delayed a bit because of cooperating companies, but it is certain that this mission will eventually happen. All the tests will be completed, high-tech machines will pick up selected astronauts and start the space journey. NASA will share with us the names of the astronauts who are eligible to participate in this journey next week.
NASA will officially hear the names of the first crew of SpaceX Dragon and Boeing Starliner missions on Friday, August 3rd. The event will take place at NASA’s Johnson Space Center (Johnson Space Center), and we will be able to watch NASA live on YouTube.
NASA is collaborating with Boeing and SpaceX to develop the Starliner spacecraft to be launched with Crew Dragon and United Launch Atlas V to be launched with the Falcon 9 rocket. The two companies tested each other because they could not reach their targets, and left NASA in the space industry, where there are many retreats.
Currently, NASA, SpaceX and Boeing seem to be unable to get the spacecraft they need to produce to go to the International Space Station on time. NASA, whose cooperation with Russia to send astronauts to space with the Roscosmos space agency has ended, is not sure how to proceed in this process. NASA delayed the project because of the companies, but new spacecrafts will be ready in one way or another and will send their crew away. On Friday we’ll find out who the crew is.
